Condo Del Mar was created around a simple idea: a beach vacation is better when everyone can stay together without having to share every moment—or every room.
Instead of placing a large family or group inside one oversized house, the property provides four complete two-bedroom, two-bath condos. Each family, couple, or part of the group has its own kitchen, living space, bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, and private entrance.
When it is time to reconnect, the heated pool, hot tub, game room, outdoor dining areas, grills, and nearby beach naturally bring everyone back together.

Condo Del Mar sits across Gulf Boulevard from the beach access, approximately 300 feet from the sand. That proximity changes the rhythm of a vacation: guests can return for lunch, younger children can take a break, and different members of the group can come and go without coordinating cars.
Restaurants, cafés, ice cream, parks, and neighborhood favorites are also nearby, allowing guests to experience Indian Rocks Beach at a relaxed, walkable pace.
