Welcome to Pelican Pointe
Pelican Pointe is the upper condo on Condo Del Mar’s Portside side, located two flights above the heated pool, hot tub and game room. Its elevated setting is well suited for families, couples and small groups who appreciate a little more separation from the property’s main amenity level.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with the second full bathroom conveniently accessed from the hallway. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows Pelican Pointe to accommodate up to six guests.
The condo also includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, a private covered balcony, and an in-unit washer and dryer. For larger groups, Pelican Pointe can also be reserved with Dolphin Drift directly below it as the four-bedroom Portside Perch pairing.
