Reserving the entire Condo Del Mar property includes all four private condos, eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, four kitchens, four living rooms, four covered balconies and accommodations for up to 24 registered overnight guests.

Your group also has private use of the heated pool, hot tub, 600-square-foot game room, grill areas, outdoor gathering spaces and supplied beach equipment.

Each individual condo accommodates up to six guests and includes its own kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, private entrance and covered balcony.

Yes. Depending on availability, groups may reserve:

• One private condo for up to six guests
• Two combined condos for up to 12 guests
• The entire four-condo property for up to 24 guests

The two-condo options are Portside Perch and Starboard Sanctuary. Availability for each configuration depends on how the individual condo calendars align with existing reservations.

The condos are separate, self-contained residences located together within the same boutique property. They are not connected by interior doors.

Each condo has its own entrance, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and covered balcony. This keeps everyone close while allowing each family or household to retain private space.

Yes. All four condos are elevated and require stairs. Turtle Tide and Dolphin Drift require one flight of stairs, while Egret Escape and Pelican Pointe require two flights.

The pool, hot tub, game room, grills and outdoor gathering areas are located on the ground level. Groups traveling with older family members or guests with mobility concerns should plan condo assignments accordingly.

When all four condos are reserved together, the heated pool, hot tub, game room, grills and shared gathering areas are used only by your registered group.

When fewer than four condos are reserved, these amenities are shared with guests staying in the other occupied condos.

Each condo includes two onsite parking spaces, providing a total of eight spaces when the entire property is reserved.

Groups should coordinate vehicles before arrival. Additional public parking in Indian Rocks Beach is limited and generally requires payment, so carpooling or rideshare transportation may be helpful for larger groups.

The nearest Gulf beach access is approximately 300 feet from Condo Del Mar, making it easy for different parts of your group to visit the beach on their own schedules.

Beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and children’s beach equipment are provided for guest use.

Yes. Group meals, pool time, birthday celebrations and informal gatherings involving registered overnight guests are part of a normal group stay.

Gatherings involving outside visitors, vendors, catering, deliveries or organized event activities require advance review and written approval.

Large-group availability is more limited because all four condos must be open for the same dates. Groups should inquire as early as possible, particularly for holidays, spring travel, family-reunion dates and popular wedding weekends.
