Wedding ceremonies take place on the public shoreline of Indian Rocks Beach, approximately 300 feet from the property. Condo Del Mar does not include a private beachfront ceremony area.

Approved vendors may be permitted, but all anticipated services must be disclosed before plans are finalized. This includes catering, private chefs, rentals, photography, music, transportation, décor, deliveries and other outside services.

Guests are responsible for selecting, hiring and coordinating their vendors. Vendor access, equipment, deliveries and setup plans must also be approved in advance.

Many Indian Rocks Beach restaurants offer catering, group meals or large takeout orders. We can provide local recommendations based on the type of gathering you are planning.

Guests contract and coordinate directly with the selected restaurant or caterer, and all deliveries and service arrangements must be disclosed during the approval process.

Yes. We have a recommended rental provider familiar with Condo Del Mar, including the property’s layout, access points and available gathering areas.

Onsite parking is limited. The number and size of guest vehicles, vendor access, deliveries and loading arrangements must be disclosed and planned in advance.

Yes. Every approved gathering must comply with the property rules, approved gathering hours, attendance limits, quiet hours, parking restrictions and neighborhood noise standards.

Music, outdoor conversations and other activity must remain compatible with the property’s residential setting.

Beaches USA will identify any applicable property documentation or insurance requirements during review. Organizers remain responsible for confirming government requirements, obtaining required permits and contracting directly with their vendors.

No. An event inquiry does not place a hold on the property, create a reservation or approve the proposed gathering.
