Reserving the entire Condo Del Mar property accommodates up to 24 overnight guests across four private condos, with each condo sleeping up to six people.
How are the bedrooms and bathrooms arranged?
The four condos provide a total of eight bedrooms and eight full bathrooms. Each condo has a king primary bedroom, queen second bedroom, queen sleeper sofa and two full bathrooms.
Does each family get its own kitchen and living room?
Yes. Each of the four condos has its own full kitchen, living room, private entrance, covered balcony and in-unit laundry.
How close is Condo Del Mar to the beach?
Condo Del Mar is about 300 feet from the Gulf—approximately a three-minute walk. Family members can easily return to the property without moving the entire group.
How much onsite parking is available?
The entire-property reservation includes eight onsite parking spaces—two designated spaces for each condo.
Are there stairs to reach the condos?
Yes. Turtle Tide and Dolphin Drift require one flight of stairs. Egret Escape and Pelican Pointe require two flights. The pool, hot tub and game room are on the ground level.
Are the pool, hot tub and game room private?
When your family reserves all four condos, the shared amenity area is reserved for your group rather than being shared with unrelated resort guests.
Can we host a dinner or celebration during the reunion?
Normal gatherings among registered overnight guests are part of the stay. Plans involving additional visitors, caterers, rentals or other vendors require advance approval. Ask before making outside commitments.
