Welcome to Portside Perch

Portside Perch combines Dolphin Drift and Pelican Pointe—two complete condos positioned directly above and below one another on Condo Del Mar’s Portside wing. This paired arrangement gives families and groups room to stay together while still enjoying separate kitchens, living areas, bedrooms and private covered balconies.

Together, the condos provide four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Each primary bedroom features a king bed with a private ensuite bathroom, while each second bedroom has a queen bed and convenient access to a hallway bathroom. Two queen sleeper sofas expand the total sleeping capacity to 12 guests.

The lower condo is located one flight above the heated pool, hot tub and game room, while the upper condo is two flights above the amenity level. Portside Perch also includes two fully equipped kitchens, two living and dining areas, two in-unit washers and dryers, and four reserved parking space

  • The condos have separate entrances and are not connected internally.

  • The pool, hot tub, game room and outdoor areas are shared with guests staying in Condo Del Mar’s other two condos unless the entire four-condo property is reserved by one group.

Where Portside Perch Is Located

Portside Perch includes Dolphin Drift and Pelican Pointe, two complete condos positioned directly above and below one another on Condo Del Mar’s Portside wing.

Dolphin Drift is one flight above the heated pool, hot tub and game room. Pelican Pointe is directly above it, two flights above the main amenity level. This vertical arrangement keeps your group together on one side of the property while providing two separate kitchens, living rooms, bedroom suites and covered balconies.
