Welcome to Portside Perch

Portside Perch combines Dolphin Drift and Pelican Pointe—two complete condos positioned directly above and below one another on Condo Del Mar’s Portside side. This paired arrangement gives families and groups room to stay together while still enjoying separate kitchens, living areas, bedrooms and private covered balconies.

Together, the condos provide four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Each primary bedroom features a king bed with a private ensuite bathroom, while each second bedroom has a queen bed and convenient access to a hallway bathroom. Two queen sleeper sofas expand the total sleeping capacity to 12 guests.

The lower condo is located one flight above the heated pool, hot tub and game room, while the upper condo is two flights above the amenity level. Portside Perch also includes two fully equipped kitchens, two living and dining areas, two in-unit washers and dryers, and four reserved parking spaces.

Dolphin Drift is one flight above the heated pool, hot tub and game room. Pelican Pointe is directly above it, two flights above the main amenity level.
