Booking & Availability

  • Yes — Condo Del Mar is designed for exactly this. Weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and milestone celebrations are all welcome. The property sleeps up to 24 guests across four private condos with shared pool and gathering areas, making it one of the few vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach purpose-built for groups.

    Organized events are only permitted when the entire complex is reserved — individual condo rentals may not host group gatherings.

  • Yes. To host any organized gathering, all four condos must be booked together under one reservation. In practice, this simply means your group has the whole property to yourselves — private pool, gathering areas, and all four condos — with no outside guests or other renters to navigate around. It's what makes the experience feel like a private retreat rather than a shared rental.

  • Up to 24 overnight guests across four separate condos when the full complex is reserved.

  • Yes — bookings are structured as multi-night stays. Most groups reserve several nights to allow time for arrivals, the main event, and a relaxed departure. Seasonal minimums apply, so contact us for current requirements.

  • Spring and fall dates — the most popular seasons for weddings and reunions — typically book 6 to 12 months in advance. Early inquiries are strongly encouraged, especially for peak season weekends.

  • Absolutely. Many couples stay on after wedding guests depart and roll directly into a private Gulf Coast honeymoon. We're happy to arrange this when you book.

Events & Gatherings

  • Condo Del Mar works well for:

    • Wedding weekends — welcome receptions, rehearsal dinners, post-ceremony celebrations, farewell brunches

    • Family reunions

    • Corporate retreats and team gatherings

    • Milestone celebrations and group dinners

    All gatherings are intended to be private, invitation-only events — not large public or commercial functions.

  • An event is any scheduled gathering that includes non-overnight guests, outside vendors (caterers, bartenders, etc.), or organized food and beverage service. Everyday group activities — family breakfasts, afternoons by the pool, dinner with your overnight guests — are not considered events and need no special arrangement.

  • No. Events take place during pre-scheduled windows — for example, a welcome reception from 5 to 8 PM or a post-ceremony celebration from 6 to 10 PM. Outside those windows the property is yours to enjoy as a normal vacation stay.

  • Yes — day-of guests who are not staying overnight are welcome. Contact us in advance so we can confirm numbers and any applicable conditions.

Beach Ceremony

  • Indian Rocks Beach is a public beach, so ceremonies are held on the public shoreline just steps from the property — one of the most beautiful settings on Florida's Gulf Coast. Pre- and post-ceremony gatherings naturally flow back to Condo Del Mar, with many couples also using nearby restaurants for rehearsal dinners or farewell brunches.

  • For ceremonies under 50 guests, a permit is not typically required. For 50 or more guests, or if your setup triggers special-use requirements, the City of Indian Rocks Beach requires a Temporary Use Permit. Couples coordinate permits and vendors directly.

Event Guidelines

  • Yes. A simple one-day event liability policy is required for any planned gathering. We make the process quick and straightforward — full details and a pre-configured link are provided once your reservation is confirmed.

  • The pool is reserved for overnight guests and is closed during scheduled event windows to keep things comfortable and safe for everyone. It's fully available before and after the event, and throughout the rest of your stay.

  • Yes. Caterers, bartenders, rental companies, photographers, and coordinators are all welcome with prior approval. Letting us know in advance helps everything run smoothly and ensures the property is properly cared for.

  • We ask that all events be respectful of our beach neighborhood:

    • Events wrap up by 10:00 PM

    • Music stays at comfortable, conversation-friendly levels

    • Outdoor amplified music and DJs are not permitted

  • Yes — alcohol is permitted during approved event windows and must be served responsibly. Depending on the size and nature of the gathering, professionally insured bartenders may be required.

  • It depends on the type of event and your group size. Contact us and we'll walk you through what applies to your specific booking.
