FAQ’s — Condo Del Mar, Indian Rocks Beach

Condo Del Mar is a boutique four-unit coastal retreat in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. Each condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and access to shared amenities including a heated pool and game room.

Each condo sleeps up to 6 guests.
Rent one, two, three, or all four condos for groups ranging from 6 to 24.

We are just a very short 2 min walk in flip flops to Indian Rocks Beach—known for its calm Gulf waters and incredible sunsets. We have a image at the bottom of this page showing the beach and Condo Del Mar.

We gave a special Beach Gear Garage that contains beach carts, coolers, chairs and umbrellas + there are cabana rentals at the 18th Street beach access which is just across the street.

Events are allowed only when guests rent the entire property (all four condos). This ensures privacy, safety, and a great experience for everyone on site. Weddings on the beach are allowed within city guidelines.

At this time, pets are not permitted at Condo Del Mar.

Yes! Each condo has assigned parking, and overflow options are available depending on dates. Paid street parking may be present in IRB depending on city policy.

IRB is very walkable and ride share or the Beach Trolly is a great option to get from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach

There are several markets within walking distance that provide daily essentials, snacks, drinks etc. For a larger grocery store those are just a few miles away but why spend your vacation going to the grocery store when you can just have them delivered. Publix has a great selection.
