Everyday group activities — family breakfasts, afternoons by the pool, dinner with your overnight guests — are not considered events and need no special arrangement.

No. Events take place during pre-scheduled windows — for example, a welcome reception from 5 to 8 PM or a post-ceremony celebration from 6 to 10 PM. Outside those windows the property is yours to enjoy as a normal vacation stay.
